Behind every roster, operational decision and funding line is a person's daily life, their independence, and their right to choose.
Outside the office, I focus on staying active, keeping grounded, and making time to recharge. Soccer is a major part of my life, and it keeps me connected to community, teamwork and continuous growth. Travelling is another big passion — I love experiencing new cultures and environments, as it broadens my perspective and deepens how I understand the world. I value learning from others, welcoming fresh viewpoints, and having meaningful conversations. In my downtime you'll usually find me listening to good music, out on a hiking trail, cooking up a meal, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.
As Operations Manager, I oversee daily operations, participant support delivery, staff supervision and roster coordination. I lead staff training sessions, run workplace safety audits, and implement facility and ergonomic standards across the team. I also develop participant support plans, manage staff onboarding, structure job roles and conduct performance reviews.
A lot of my work sits in compliance — NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, SCHADS Award payroll alignment, participant documentation and issue resolution — alongside MYOB for client billing and plan management, roster management platforms, website management in Wix, and compliance auditing.
The rest of it is people: practical problem-solving, active listening, de-escalation, conflict resolution, and clear team communication.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Fitness Administration.
What drives me in the disability sector is making sure the framework surrounding care works seamlessly, so participants receive genuine, uninterrupted, high-quality support. The administrative and operational side of the NDIS can be overwhelming for families and providers alike, and being able to cut through the complexity and create reliable, organised systems that directly benefit people's day-to-day lives is the most rewarding part of my work.
My focus is creating an environment where participants feel safe, respected and treated like family, giving them the confidence to work toward their personal goals and independence. By backing our support workers with clear structure, fair workplace practices and steady operational support, our team can deliver the best possible care on every shift.
I place huge value on face-to-face connection and on building genuine, trusted relationships with participants and their families. Just as much, I want an environment where support workers and administrative teams feel valued, fully backed and equipped to deliver exceptional care — where we always deliver our best, keep communication honest and transparent, and actively use feedback to improve.
Longer term, I want to keep driving operational excellence and sustainable growth in the disability and community services sector, developing agile, compliant and deeply human-centred service models that set a benchmark for quality care, ethical workforce management and participant outcomes.
