Elise
I love building genuine connections with the people I support, and helping them live as independently and confidently as possible.
I'm a caring, outgoing and reliable person who enjoys helping others and staying active. I was a competitive gymnast growing up, which taught me discipline, resilience and the importance of teamwork — qualities I continue to bring to my work every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time at the beach, being with my family and friends, and continuing my nursing studies. I value kindness, honesty and respect, and I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion.
I take pride in being dependable, maintaining a positive attitude, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
I have experience supporting people with a range of disabilities — assisting with personal care, community access, mobility support and daily living tasks, while promoting independence and dignity. I have also been an Advanced Gymnastics Coach for the past seven years, where I've developed strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
I am currently studying nursing, and I hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate, a Working With Children Check, an NDIS Worker Check, a Police Check, and a full Australian driver's licence.
Caring for others has always been something I'm passionate about, which is why I became a support worker. I love building genuine connections with the people I support and helping them live as independently and confidently as possible. I'm currently studying nursing, and being a support worker has only strengthened my passion for healthcare and helping others.
