A heads-up before your funding runs low, not after
Help understanding what your plan will and won't cover
How plan management actually works
When the NDIS approves your plan, it includes funding for someone to manage the money side. That funding sits separately — it doesn't come out of the supports you actually use, and choosing to be plan managed doesn't reduce your budget by a cent.
What it buys you is the removal of a genuinely tedious job. Providers send their invoices to us instead of you. We check them against your plan, pay them, and keep a record. You get to spend your energy on the support itself rather than on whether an invoice was coded correctly.
You can also use any provider you like — registered or not. That's the part people are most often surprised by, and it's one of the real advantages of being plan managed rather than agency managed.
Getting started
Four steps, and we do three of them.
1
You get in touch
A phone call or the form. We'll ask what's in your plan and what's been frustrating you.
2
We set you up
We register as your plan manager with the NDIA. Usually a couple of days.
3
Tell your providers
Or we'll tell them for you. Most people prefer that, and we're happy to.
4
That's it
Invoices come to us. You get statements, and a person you can ring who knows your name.
