Wollondilly Total Care (WTC) have made my NDIS experience so positive. I started with a larger organisation in the area who didn't give me the choice over the supports and services I wanted. Now WTC has put me in control of my package and has provided local workers who understand me and my community.
My daughter has cerebral palsy and she requires therapy and social and community support. WTC were brilliant! The fact that they partner with a large medical centre means that we got all the supports and services we need and our medical care all in one place. There is no need for multiple interviews or assessment, which made it so much easier.
The NDIS can be really confusing. After I got my package I didn't really know what to do. I contacted WTC and they helped me understand how to implement my plan and how I could reach my goals. Being a personalised local service was a real bonus.
