“I love helping people succeed and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones.”
My Story.
Life has a funny way of changing tracks! Before joining the Wollondilly Total Care family, I was actually a professional jockey. In 2017, I had a race fall that changed my life and ended my racing career—but it opened a brand new door. Going through my own recovery gave me a massive interest in medical rehabilitation. I know what it’s like to face physical challenges and rebuild confidence. Now, I use that resilience and experience to help others navigate their own struggles. I am devoted to helping you reach your finish line, whatever that looks like for you.
How I Can Support You?
My support style is best described as cool, calm, and positive. I am a patient listener who loves finding creative solutions to tricky problems.
I am passionate about:
Building Confidence: Encouraging you to try new things and step out of your comfort zone.
Goal Smashing: There is nothing better than watching someone improve and hit a goal they set for themselves.
Diverse Support: I have experience supporting people with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and Visual Impairments, as well as supporting youth and our older population.
Getting to Know Me.
WTC believe that genuine connection is key to great support. Here are a few fun facts to break the ice!
Animal Lover: My life is still full of animals! I have a retired Greyhound named Freckle, two retired thoroughbreds (Joey and Sheesh), and my very first pony, Maggie. 🐴🐕
Local Coffee Spot: You’ll catch me at Picton Social. Depending on the weather, I’m ordering a caramel latte or a milkshake! 🥤
On the TV: I’m a big fan of Home and Away, but I also love Bluey! (I know a few of our younger participants will agree with me there!)
The Vibe: I’m a morning person, usually cruising around the Wollondilly listening to modern country music like Morgan Wallen.
I can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to the family!
