Wollondilly Total Care (WTC) was established as an approved provider in 2017 to meet the needs of our local community. Our decision to establish WTC was guided by the strong demand shown by local residents for a quality local service provider who had the capacity to meet a range of NDIS supports. Our partnership with the Tahmoor Medical Centre has given us the opportunity to work with a wide range of health and allied health professionals enabling us to offer a full complement of therapy, allied health, social, recreational and skill building services.
Our experience has shown us that many existing participants were not happy with the support they were receiving from larger disability providers, many of whom would not take on participants with smaller packages and did not extend to people the level of choice and control over their supports they needed. At WTC we operate on a person-centred model where you are at the centre of the decision-making and we will work with you and our family to archive your goals and needs regardless of the level of funding you have.
The WTC team is comprised of the General Manager who has extensive experience in the health industry and is the operator of WTC and the Tahmoor Medical Centre. In addition to this is the Operations Manger, Mr Devendra Sapkota, who holds a Masters of Health Care Management. Working closely with Senior Management and the services users and their families are our experienced Team Leaders with many years of experience in the disability services industry in the local area. Our team has vast experience in the administration, management and the provision of health and community services. In addition to this, we have access to a range of allied health professionals and suitably qualified support workers to provide the range of supports you want.
